We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
Unworn and unwashed
In its original condition
All original tags and tickets must be attached and unremoved
Requested within 48 hours of receiving your order
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
All discounted and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund under any circumstances.
How to Submit a Request
To initiate an exchange or refund, contact us through one of the following:

Your message must include:
Your order number
The reason for your request
A clear photo of the item with the tags visibly attached
Requests submitted without all three will not be processed.
Shipping
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Klassico does not cover the cost of return shipments.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method."
